Ran in p.m. w/Harlie in the neighborhood. She definitely cost me some time (chasing birds throughout the run and being generally sluggish for the last half mile), but I still love her as a running partner.

Knee felt good (double wrapped) 

Went to the gym with Christie. Biceps Triceps and shoulders, 9 sets each muscle group.

Ran with Christie Harlie and the neighbor's dog. Neighbor's dog couldn't make it the last half mile, otherwise would have been 4. Very easy run.

Went to the park with Harlie Christie, and the neighbor's two kids. Had several races with Harlie across the big field. She is much faster than I am in a sprint.
